CCOR创办于2010年，是由中国帆船帆板运动协会主办的城市本土的原创国际帆船赛事，首次办赛即获得国际帆联年度赛事认证，是国际帆联ISAF认可的国内自创品牌帆船赛事之一。历经9年，CCOR已成为全国知名、享誉海外的帆船盛会，是一场城市、产业、文化、品牌的巨大盛典。
CCOR was founded in 2010.It is an city original international sailing event hosted by China sailing association.Certified by the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) the first year of the event. One of the domestic self-owned brand sailing events recognized by the International Sailing Federation (ISAF).CCOR has been held for 9 years, it has become a well-known sailing event in China. It is a great festival of cities, industries, cultures, and brands.

从赛事创办至今，连续九年为赛事提供整套视觉设计服务，围绕每年的主题为每届赛事打造专属形象。

为CCOR实现国内帆船赛首次现场直播与解说，全程合计直播15小时，近8万人在线观看。   
2018年第九届CCOR赛事期间共吸引近10万人次参与赛事相关活动。
